Sex offender information is is made available to the public pursuant to Oklahoma Statutes Title 57 OS 8B-581 through 8B-590, which requires all convicted sex offenders to register their current address with the local law enforcement agency. The law requires agencies to make that information available to the public.

This site is maintained by the Collinsville Police Department and only includes offenders registered within the corporate limits of the City of Collinsville. The information on this site is provided by the offender at the time of registration. It is a crime for the offender to fail to register or to provide false information when registering.
